Training / Police Checks System The ACF Training and Police Check Register Specifically designed to ease the recording and management of staff training and police checks and to assist in accreditation auditing. This is a quick and easy tool for recording and reporting employee training courses attended. Within the system you can trace all training undergone by employees (either individual employees or a group) including in-service and orientation. You can search for employees who have attended specific types of training, or more importantly, search for employees who have NOT attended specific sessions. The register is fully integrated with the ACF Payroll System. The register allows for both compulsory and non compulsory training and the courses are all user definable. Scheduled training sessions are added to the training calendar
The Police checks register records the police check details and also prints warnings of certificate expiries pending. Reports Available Include
