Resident Billing

The ACF Resident Billing System Is probably the most advanced Aged Care Billing system available.

The ACF Billing system will calculate all fees for your residents including means tested and accommodation charges, you can also bill for sundry items such as pharmacy, newspapers and resident purchases.

The system also accommodates billing for retirement villages.

Direct debit payments, both fixed amount and flexible (DDR) options are also available as well as automated pension schedule entries. The system also caters for many different types of residents including 3rd party billing, independent living units and respite.

The system also tracks and reports critical events like RCS/ACFI expiries pending and resident birthdays as well as calculating the RCS/ACFI score and concessional resident ratios for you.

The system is fully integrated with the funding, trust accounts, general ledger  and waiting list modules to simplify the daily tasks associated with the normally complicated billing and funding operations

The resident record allows the maintenance of the entire resident detail on a single form and comes complete with ability to attach photographic identification of your residents.

Full integration to the Orana Care System, Incident Tracking, Bonds Register and Document Control

Resident photos can also be displayed on sticky labels and resident forms.

Billing Wizard

The ACF Resident Billing System Is one the most advanced Aged Care Billing system available, making billing a simple procedure.

The billing system is fully automated and has a Billing Wizard which will (with 3 mouse clicks) provide the following features  -

  • BulletProduce all end of billing cycle reports

  • BulletClose the previous billing period

  • BulletGenerate the accounts

  • BulletGenerate any sundry billing items

  • BulletApply any Bond interest to be charged to the resident fees account

  • BulletPrint the billing summary

  • BulletPrepare the EFT file for transmission to the bank                 

  • BulletEmail the invoices (for residents who prefer electronic delivery)

  • BulletPrint the invoices for residents (who prefer paper invoices)  no, sorry, you have to fold and post them yourself

 

Reporting

ACF has an extensive reporting menu and accommodates multiple locations and cost centers.

The report module is split into 4 areas, theses are

  • BulletAccounting reports and enquiries

  • BulletFunding reports and reconciliation

  • BulletResident reports and enquiries

  • BulletGraphs

All reports may be screen previewed, printed, faxed or sent to PDF format for email, a report writer is also available or you may import files into MS-Excel.

The ACF Trust Accounts System Has been designed to take out the mundane tasks normally associated with trusts.

The ACF Trust system is fully integrated to the billing system and can bill for sundry items such as pharmacy, newspapers and resident purchases as well as control the pension direct entry processing for both the Aged and Veterans Affairs pensions.

The trust system has it's own auditing and statement system.

Trust statements and reconciliations are a breeze and the system even prints out a coinage report for cash handouts for resident pocket money
