Document Control

The ACF Document control system allows you easy access to any document you have on your network and was designed in conjunction with a major accreditation company.

The Document Control System acts as a menu for your documents and allows you to open and edit (subject to security level) documents of almost any format.

No more searching through explorer to find that policy or procedure buried 6 or 8 directories down

The menu is user definable and can be split into areas such as Finance, HR, Policies, Procedures, Forms, Resident agreements, Correspondence etc. making document and form searching a breeze.

The system will even allow access to files such as Photos, Videos, Sound recordings or bitmaps and scanned items

The system has several reports such as -

  1. BulletFully Integrated With Resident Billing

  2. BulletDocuments due for audit

  3. BulletDocuments due for review

  4. BulletMaster Document register

  5. BulletGraphic Audit Calendar

The system is ideal as the control system for your accreditation documents, regardless of  the origin of the documents, even if they are supplied by an outside accreditation company.

Document search capabilities allow you to type a description of the document and the system will find all matching documents for you
