Billing Wizard

The ACF Resident Billing System Is one the most advanced Aged Care Billing system available, making billing a simple procedure.

The billing system is fully automated and has a Billing Wizard which will (with 3 mouse clicks) provide the following features  -

1. Produce all end of billing cycle reports
   

2. Close the previous billing period
   

3. Generate the accounts
   

4. Generate any sundry billing items
   

5. Apply any Bond interest to be charged to the resident fees account
   

6. Print the billing summary
   

7. Prepare the EFT file for transmission to the bank                 
   

8. Email the invoices (for residents who prefer electronic delivery)
   

9. Print the invoices for residents (who prefer paper invoices)  no, sorry, you have to fold and post them yourself
