Throw away the timesheets!

This system has it's own time and attendance clock and records staff movements by use of a swipe card.

The swipe card also doubles as an employee Identity card.

The system is totally built by Aged Care Software and links to the Rosters and Payroll.

As the system is inbuilt to the ACF Payroll & Rosters modules, there is no requirement for expensive hardware and Time and attendance systems, the hardware requirement is a Code 39 Barcode reader.

There is no need to import files in and out of the payroll system as this clock talks directly to the ACF Payroll.

The time clock checks to see if the employee has a shift rostered for the day and then validates that shift, if the log on / off is within the allowed tolerance then the system records a normal login, if the log on/off is in excess of the tolerances then the shift will be reported as delinquent and will need to be verified by the time sheet confirmation system in the Roster module.

If the employee is rostered then the system will create an electronic timesheet for the shift with the employees log on / off times and report as a delinquent shift for confirmation and authorisation.

The ACF Payroll system will create the ID badge and barcode for you so there are no expensive printing costs.
