The Smart SMS System was designed specifically to enable you to contact all available staff for a designated shift from your own bank staff.

The major problem incurred when trying to contact staff is the time consuming task of getting them on the phone. All too often the person trying to fill the shifts gives up after a few calls and calls for expensive agency staff.

Well, this system takes all the hassles out of the contact phase and sends a detailed SMS message to all available staff with the full shift details (date, start ,finish, location).

The message has a shift code specific to the shift required, the staff member simply replies to the message with the code and Smart SMS logs and monitors the reply's for all vacant shifts.

Smart SMS is even clever enough to know the type of staff member required for the shift

If the shift is for a Registered Nurse, then only the Registered Nurses are sent the SMS

To allocate the shift to a staff member, you simply click on the reply from the staff member and SMART SMS sends them the confirmation of the shift.

As an added security to ensure that the accepting staff member does not forget the shift,a reminder SMS is sent the day before the shift !

Each shift sent out can then be monitored for a reply form your staff

To allocated the shit to a staff member, simply click on their name on the shift monitoring screen and an SMS confirming the shift will be sent the employee
