How Does It Work

The clock is fully integrated with the roster system and checks the clockings with the required shifts for the employee.

As the system only needs to know about times that are outside the rostered hours, The system reports all delinquent clockings for your action, there is no need to action clockings which meet the roster requirements

The time clock checks to see if the employee has a shift rostered for the day and then validates that shift.

if the log on / off is within the allowed tolerance then the system records a normal login.
if the log on/off is in excess of the tolerances then the shift will be reported as delinquent and will need to be verified by the time sheet confirmation system in the Roster module.

If the employee is not rostered then the system will create an electronic timesheet for the shift with the employees log on / off times and report as a delinquent shift for confirmation and authorisation.
